The apartment, meticulously maintained, features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy meals independently.

The living room is spacious and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet connection, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or strolling through the historic center.

The apartment is located in the historic center. For parking, we always recommend leaving your car at the Spoleto Sfera paid parking lot.

The cost is €1.80 per hour, followed by €1.40 per hour.
